Kimchi Salad

Ingredients: Spinach 1 Pint

Pickled Carrots1/3 Cup

Loose Kimchi 2 Tablespoons

Kimchi Dressing 1/4 Cup

Crispy Garlic 1 Teaspoon

Scallions 2 Tablespoons


How To:

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss together the Spinach, Pickled Carrots, Kimchi, and Kimchi Dressing.

  2. Plate, and garnish with cut Scallions and Crispy Garlic
