CHEF:

PASTRY CHEF:

We are looking for someone who can jump right in and who has a strong skill set, innate creative abilities, and a technical pastry techniques. We have a really loyal, dedicated staff of employees and we keep growing and getting busier and need to bring in more people to ensure the quality of our desserts and attention to detail never lacks.  We are seeking an experienced pastry chef to create French pastries, etc. in our nationally renowned James Beard award winning restaurant. 5+ years of experience is required. You must be willing to start ASAP, within 3 weeks max. Our perfect match would be a fast, creative chef who prides him / herself on quality, leadership, and organization. We offer a competitive salary (based on experience). We are looking for someone who is creative and prides themselves on the quality of the work they can do. COOK:

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. 

DISHWASHER:

We are looking for a driven individual to be in charge of maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization to the chef’s specifications. This person will play an important role in the success of the restaurant on the ground level.  

FOOD RUNNER:

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable individual with a passion for food and great table presence. A food runner at Trentina will present dishes to guests and describe in detail the components of the dish. Existing food knowledge and a desire to learn more about the food that we are creating is a must. Please have a resume prepared to be considered.

MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNS

Forward-thinking, fast paced restaurant company looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience.
