The Greenhouse Tavern offers a seasonal menu of rustic gastropub fare made using local produce, protein, and grain. Inspired by classic recipes that have been creatively reinterpreted to showcase the rich and deep flavors of Ohio ingredients, dishes range from hardy, meat-centric options like housemade Artisanal Jerky, Crispy Chicken Wings Confit, and a full roasted Pig Head, to lighter plates of fresh produce and pasta like housemade Black Pepper Bucatini, Whole Roasted Eggplant, and seasonal Market Salads.
